If you're maxing out every other stats other than melee, here's two ways to go to Upper Skylands entrance floor.

Supposed that you're falling, just let yourself drown in the sea to spawn back near Quest NPC.

You'll need to buy Air Jump from Ability Teacher in Frozen Village, as well as Triple Katana or Pipe from the sword NPC just right above the cave.

1. Use Triple Katana (60 mastery), 200 Energy

Double Jump forward, Violent Rush (X) diagonal up, Air Slash (Z) followed by jump forward right after release, Violent Rush (X).

It's important to jump right after releasing Air Slash (Z), don't wait until the animation ended, otherwise you'll fall.

2. Use Pipe (1 mastery), 300 Energy

If you have 300 energy, e.g. by wearing a Vice Admiral cape (dropped by Vice Admiral in Marine Fort), you can use either Pipe's Pipe Ignition (Z) or Triple Katana's Violent Rush (X) once, then spam air jump + dash.

Triple Katana's Violent Rush gives you more distance tough.
